The Annual General Meeting celebrated on March 27th 2008, approved the increase of the dividend from COP $212 to COP$ 232 (US$ 0.105 to US$ 0.115) per share that will be quarterly transferred to the shareholders’ custodian bank accounts.

When will the dividend be paid out?

The dividend payment for shares held in collective custody will be made in the following dates:

· First quarter (April – June) will be paid between the 16 and 25 of April 2008

· Second quarter (July – September) will be paid between the 1 and the 15 of July 2008

· Third quarter (October – December will be paid between the 1 and the 15 of October 2008

· Forth quarter (January – March) will be paid between the 2 and the 15 of January 2009

What is the ex-dividend period?

It is the period between the record date and the payment date during which the stock trades without its dividend. Someone who purchases the stock on or after the ex-dividend date will not receive the dividend, as the purchase will not "settle" by the record date, and therefore the buyer will not be on the list of shareholders to which the company pays its dividends. Dividends are paid to the list of shareholders who hold stock on the record date.

When is the share-traded ex-dividend?

As of these dates the share is traded ex dividend:

· From April 2nd to 15th 2008

· From June 16th to 27th 2008

· From September 17th to 30th 2008

· From December 16th to 30th 2008

Where can I ask for my dividends?

You can ask for them personally in the brokers company where you bought the stocks or in the offices of Suramericana.

In case you do not receive your dividends in the stipulated payment dates, these will be at your disposition on the next period of payment; take into consideration that the dividends will not generate any additional yield between the date of payment and the date in which you receive them.
